Liverpool’s Accident Claims Lawyers UK Shortlisted for Prestigious Legal Award
Accident Claims Lawyers UK is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted for Excellence in International Legal services in this year’s prestigious Law Society Awards – the highest accolade for law firms in England and Wales.
Speaking on the nomination submission itself, Stephen Murray, Managing Director ACL UK, puts forwards the reason why the team decided to take part,
“Providing access to justice can be a real challenge in the UK and globally, especially when practising areas of law often the subject of much reform. Our practice is dedicated to supporting those who suffer from personal injury whether that be moderate or those suffering the most serious types of injuries.”
Murray continues “After many years as a UK based firm, we believed we could take the valuable experience gained in the UK market and offer something new to the Western Australia legal services market, and importantly offer Western Australian clients a fresh alternative approach compared to how they traditionally have been represented after suffering an injury that was not their fault. Our Lawyers in the UK successfully work together with our Australian team to support our clients utilising technology, process and efficiencies whilst never losing sight of the fact that they are operating in a foreign jurisdiction with a different culture.
Law Society of England and Wales president I. Stephanie Boyce said: “Congratulations to all those who have been shortlisted. After an extraordinary year, it has never been more important to celebrate the outstanding work of our profession.
“Solicitors play a vital role in times of crisis as people turn to trusted professionals, to explain the law, advise them on their rights and their obligations, and give them some sense of certainty.
“As the country emerges from the pandemic, solicitors will be there every step of the way to help people and businesses get back on their way and ensure access to justice and the rule of law.”
Winners will be announced in an online ceremony on 7 October.
